To serve as the first point of contact for all client vacancies both temporary and permanent. Responsible for identifying potential candidates through existing
contacts, RMS, advertising or any other suitable method. Then assess candidates' skills and suitability, rate expectations, availability and make recommendations to the client.
Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand the business unit objectives, goals, operations and its recruitment needs.
• Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description – check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation
• Network internally and externally with clients
• Rate Reviews for clients ,salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
• Complete search of RMS candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy;
• Write and Place advertisements on website
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Provide information to candidates
• Preparing CV’s to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organise interviews for candidate as requested by the client
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
• Provide company induction to successful candidates
• Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
• First point of contact for any candidate queries
• Any other duties as required
