Aker Advantage Ltd recognises the value creation by its employees and the contributions they make to the successful execution of our business.

In appreciation of this, we have developed an annual award scheme to recognise achievement.
Members of the Aker Advantage management team nominated a member or their team and/or a member of another business area who they feel have demonstrated commitment, performance and excelled most over the year. Once all nominations have been made the management team voted for the winner.
The 2010 winner was Tiffany Souter,who works in our payroll department in our Stockton Office. Tiffany in 2010 has displayed a high level of performace, dedication in her role and displays the values we look for in our employees.
