All workers under a contract for services (PAYE contractors) have a right to a minimum of 5.6 weeks paid annual leave,

Holiday pay should be paid for the time when you actually take your holiday. You cannot include an amount for holiday pay in your hourly rate (called 'rolled-up holiday pay').

All entitlement to paid annual holiday must be taken by 31st March of each year.

To receive payment for any holidays the attached form must be authorized by your line manager or authorised client representative, before emailing to:- akeradvantage.payroll.stockton@akersolutions.com
